Brian Blades was a ray of hope during the dark days of the 'Hawks. Steve Largent took Brian under his wing after he was drafted out of Miami. Brian then got involved in an ugly "off the field" incident, which tarnished his career and may have ultimately kept him out of the Ring of Honor.

Besides his off the field shenanigans, I think most fans would just prefer to erease that entire era from their memory.
You mean like Michael Blatt, the Seahawk GM who hired a hitman?
