We took our out-of-town guests to Kerry Park, up on Queen Anne Hill, it's known for its amazing view of the Seattle skyline.
In this picture, you can see the Needle, along with the downtown skyscrapers, as well as Mount Rainier.

That is a great picture from Kerry Park framing Seattle exactly the way it belongs on a postcard. You found the absolute best seat in the house to watch the Emerald City shine. They say good things come in small packages, and this tiny park proves it. The steep climb up Queen Anne Hill is always rewarded tenfold by this view. There is no better place to watch the city change from golden hour to a sea of twinkling neon lights.
