On Friday, we left for Flagstaff, a two hour drive from Scottsdale. We had a wedding to attend on late Saturday afternoon. In the early afternoon, we explored the town.
Flagstaff is located on the historic Route 66, as I tried to capture with this street sign.

I love road trips through Arizona and Utah. In early spring the skys are so clear, it's like you can see for a hundred miles.
I know what you mean, so much country to see. Warm winters, too.
