Bo Jackson, sports star of the 80s and early 90s and one of a handful of athletes to play in both Major League baseball and the NFL, has warmed hearts across the nation with news that he made a 170-thousand-dollar donation to pay for funerals for the victims of the school shootings in Uvalde Texas.
Jackson can be remembered in this for running roughshod over the Seattle Seahawks, including sprinting into the Kingdome tunnel after a 91 yard touchdown run. Needless to say, he didn't make many friends with the 12th man.
But that was then and now, Jackson's unselfish act should earn him fans.

He is just trying to mend his public relations mess caused by his bad behavior. But it is good he helping them, even if it is for all the wrong reasons.
I don't think his name is that bad. He had been a show off from time to time, but his athletic skills are amazing. If he had a bad name, he probably wouldn't have been in the NIKE commercials. Neon Deion Sanders really was a showoff to the point of annoying people, his name has gotten better over time.
