Jon Gruden, the iconic coach who is pretty much the face of The Raiders in the post LA years, has resigned his second stint as coach of the franchise. The resignation takes place after racist, homophobic, and misogynist emails by the coach over a ten year period have been uncovered.

They could fire anyone for one reason or another if they examined their e-mails over a ten year period.
