Larry King, pop culture phenomenon who went from all night radio talk show host to CNN TV interviewer is dead at 87. A former heavy smoker, King had faced health problems for decades.
Larry King Live ran on CNN from 1985 until 2010 where he would interview the most influential newsmakers of the day. King's everyman appearance and gravelly voice, made him easy to relate to.
It had been reported that King was hospitalized with COVID 19.
