The long, long Major League Baseball season will open tommorrow. The Mariners will take on AL West Champion Los Angeles Angels at Safeco Field 2:45. Epectations are not real high this year as most of the Seattle Times writers have picked them to finish last in their division. I think that with this year with Icharo and Beltre coming off strong finishes in the World Baseball Classic and one year of maturity in Felix Hernandez, the M's can provide some excitement this year.
