2024 Bomb Cyclone Maple Valley--One Year Ago.

One year ago, what most people had never heard of, hit the area.  A bomb cyclone tore through the Pacific Northwest downing trees and powerlines.
Luckly, we escaped with a few fallen branches and a damaged fence.
Upon driving to work, we found even more damage.

Thank you for great post Mike. You're the bomb, which means just so you don't take that wrong here is what I mean.
When someone calls you "the bomb," it means you are excellent, impressive, or very good. This slang term is a compliment indicating that you are amazing, fabulous, or outstanding in some way.
Praise: It's a positive way of saying something is great or very cool.
Context is key: While it can refer to a person's appearance or overall being, it can also be used to describe something they have done or something they possess. For example, someone might say your new outfit is "the bomb" or that your presentation was "the bomb."
Origin: The use of "bomb" to mean something great gained popularity in the late 1990s, though the slang term has roots in American jazz culture.
