Yoko Ono Passing Business Interests To Son Sean

Signaling the passage of time, John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono has passed her business interests including many involving the Beatles to her now 45 year old son, Sean.

Sean, John Lennon's only child with Yoko and half brother of first son, Julian, is now 45.   He recently interviewed Sir Paul McCartney about the early days of the band.

Ono is now 87 and reportedly in a wheelchair much of the time.

Some may think it a fanciful thought, but I believe that, upon Yoko's passing, Sean may well, create an endowment, of, perhaps Millions of dollars, for Julian Lennon. I don't think he would do it out of any sense of guilt, but a desire to do right by Julian, for the emotional, and financial slights, he suffered at the hands of both John and Yoko. I also believe that Sean will have a more worldly view of the incredible wealth we are talking about...in the many hundreds of millions of dollars. To believe one would need to hold onto, and control ALL of that would be obscene, and I don't think that is the kind of person Sean is. I'm sure he will continue with, and add to the many philanthropic concerns John and Yoko started, but I sincerely hope, and believe that he will allow Julian to share in the security, and comfort that he is enjoying. Actually, if there is someone to feel sorry for, it's Pete Best, the original drummer who was replaced by Ringo before the band became big.
Reaping the residuals of being just outside of fame and fortune can only take you so far.
