The Portland Trail Blazers have announced that Brian Wheeler, the NBA team's radio voice for 21 years
will not return for the 2019-20 season. Wheeler, formerly a radio host on Seattle Sports Radio 95 KJR, had
missed a good portion of this past seasons with health concerns.
