Pet Partners. Both are national companies based in Seattle dealing with pet services. Rover.com is a commercial outfit dealing with pet boarding and walking, while Pet Partners is a non-profit specializing in training therapy dogs. Dasher has been involved with the
Reading With Rover program, helping children feel more comfortable learning to read.
