Here is an excellent article on former KOL-KJR-KYYX-KTEL DJ Burl Barer. It has a sound bite from one of his shifts at KOL which at the time was locked in a radio war with KJR. Like when Israel won the 6 day war, KJR not only won, but took many of KOL's DJs.
