Mount Rainier On A Beautiful Sunday

The Mountain was out and so were we on a perfect fall Sunday.  The Seahawks had a bye so Deb, Dasher and I  took the opportunity to go out and enjoy an autumn drive.
We went to the pumpkin patch at Thomasson Family Farm  between Black Diamond and Enumclaw.  On the way out, we took the picture above.   We had lunch at Mint Ale House in charming downtown Enumclaw, then finished the drive with a stop at Rock Ridge Market.

Mount Rainier From Belmont Woods

Although you cannot see it from our yard, I feel so blessed that we can get a lovely view of Mount Rainier.  This picture was taken from the mailboxes just a few steps from our house.

Mount Rainier On A Beautiful Night

We took this picture of Mount Rainier yesterday from the Druids Glen Golf Course about about 10 minutes from our house. Skies were clear as temperatures where in the 80s hopefully signaling the end of winter.

Dinner At Druids Glen

Right outside of Maple Valley, the Firecreek Grill at the Druids Glen Golf Course is a great place for an early summer evening's dinner. You can see Mount Rainier in the background.
