Mariner All Star 3rd Baseman Kyle Seager has agreed to a 7 year, 100 million dollar agreement with the team. Seager also won his first Gold Glove. He set career marks in batting average, home runs and RBIs in 2014 as the Mariners came within making the play-offs for the first time since 2001.
This marked the third off season in a row that the M's will sign a player for 100 million or more, earlier this year, they landed Robinson Cano from the New York Yankees and last year, Felix Hernandez was resigned.
