Seahawks Cut Off At The Knee

For the first time this season, Seahawk fans are becoming aware that a return to the Super Bowl may not be in the offing for this season. The 'Hawks dropped a 31-13 decision to the Minnesota Vikings in Qwest Field and lost star quarterback Matt Hasselbeck in the process.
Hasselbeck, who last year had enough protection to shower, shave and play with his children in the backfield behind the strength of his offensive line has this season found the line to be totally offensive. The loss of Steve Hutchinson to these same Vikings has been devastating.
Hasselbeck went down on the third play of the second half and figures to be out for 3-5 weeks with a sprained knee that occurred when Viking defender E J Henderson rolled into him. Backup Quarterback Seneca Wallace proved to be inexperienced and the 'Hawks no longer threatened.

Hot dang! Vikings win out of town. Now those events don't happen every weekend. New coaches must be making a difference. Go Vikes!
