I remember being in the car (sometime in the 1970s or maybe even the 60s) with my dad when we heard this. Something you don't forget, you just file it away in a mental attic.
Was it that funny? Harvey's announcer thought so. However, the inability for him to deliver the public service announcement was funnier.
