In an exciting game that went down to the wire, The Washington State Cougars beat the Washington Huskies 24-19 in the 2024 version of the Apple Cup.
This was a very satifying win for the Cougars as they were left behind along with Oregon State, while the Dawgs joined the Big 10. While other schools joined The Big 10, Big 12, and ACC, the Cougs and Beavs were left on their own, allowing a new version of the conference, which will come in a couple of years.
