The Testy Chef is now the Sev7n Diner. Maple Valley's most unique restaurant has changed it's name, but the menu has stayed the same as well as the local warmth and atmosphere.
The menu may have remained the same, but you changed the coffee and honestly the new brew is awful! It is hard to enjoy breakfast without good coffee and that is the main reason we stopped going to the new place :(. Please bring back the testy chef's previous coffee brand. I realize the new owner is a "coffee roaster" but his brand of coffee isn't tasty.

I couldn't agree more! The new coffee is awful. Breakfast isn't breakfast without a decent cup of java.
