Macklemore releases new song supporting Palestine, college protests amid...

This is surprising, but not shocking, Macklemore, local rapper doing a Pro Palestine song and video, which is well within his rights and does have a right to disagree, but, couple that with his act at the EMP, almost exactly 10 years ago, where he went out of his way to apologize for the egregious anti-semetic display, it is sad and unfortunate.

Macklemore's real name is Ben Haggerty, he is native of the area and a huge Mariner and Seahawks fan.  He is also taken on some just causes like LGTQ Plus rights and anti-bullying.  

I think that he is indeed off base to attack this issue without a more well  rounded approach.
