Kennedy whose contract was not renewed by the Bremerton school district after refusing to stop leading his team in prayer after games, won his case in front of the United States Supreme Court, not long after the body overturned Roe V Wade.
Levy, who is Jewish, invited listeners at the beginning of the podcast to weigh in by emailing through his web site or on Twitter.

He should go and pray in the bathroom cubicle after the game and not try to impose his brand of religion on other people making them feel uncomfortable or maybe penalized if they don't participate.
