Just past Belmont Woods on 238th Place North East, some fence in property has been bull dozed, presumably to make room for new houses. This helps to mark the rapid transition of Maple Valley from rural community to rapidly growing suburb. Previously, there was a house with "keep out" and "no trespassing signs".
