Memorial To Fallen Officers To Be Dedicated

Two fallen King County Sherriff's Deputies are honored with this plaque in Lake Wilderness Park in Maple Valley. The plaque honors Detective Michael Raburn and Sergent Samuel Hicks.  According to the plaque,  The King County Sherriff's precinct house in town was named after the two officers, but was shut down in late 2011.
The memorial will be dedicated Friday, January 18th at 11am. at Lake Wilderness Park.
