Dasher enjoys a refreshing swim as we finish our walk around the lake at
Nolte State Park, near the Green River Gorge. This is our third visit to the former resort, on the last day that it will be open this season. We discovered the park
3 years ago, when we went on a drive to look at the autumn leaves. The park is just 8 miles from Maple Valley.
