Walking down Broadway feels like a nostalgic step back in time, full of saltwater taffy smiles and carousel music. It is a rare place that captures the joyful, carefree magic of old-school beach vacations. The beach here feels endless, offering a massive canvas of flat sand perfect for clearing your mind. There is something incredibly healing about sitting on the shore, watching kites dance in the ocean breeze. Walking along the historic 1.5-mile Promenade with the rhythmic sound of the Pacific waves is pure therapy. Hunting for sand dollars at low tide feels like uncovering the ocean’s hidden treasures. Watching the sun slowly drop below the horizon here paints the entire sky in breathtaking, vivid colors. Nothing compares to the cozy warmth of a beach bonfire as the cool coastal night rolls in.
